You don't have to talk to them, especially if they freak you out as you come in the front door...

Hmmm! That old geezer...He done a lot of harm to me & my family. I am very wary of who I meet now. The man obviously had mental issues. Everyone has some issues in life, that is life. Everyone deals with issues in a different way. We are all individuals after all.
